Once approved, ship your device to our address. We’ll provide packaging tips to keep it safe in transit.
Step 3We Repair It
Our technician repairs and fully tests your device. We’ll contact you when it’s ready.
Step 4We Ship It Back
Your repaired device is shipped back to you. Return shipping is included in the repair cost.

Shipping Tips
- Use a sturdy box with bubble wrap or padding around the device.
- Include a note with your name, phone number, and a description of the issue.
- Ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground so you have tracking.
- Remove your SIM card and any case or screen protector before shipping.
- We are not responsible for damage that occurs during inbound shipping — pack it well.
